  • Feeling defeated by my failed attempt at fixing my own computer, I called looking for someone to fix it for me. Instead, I he gave me some straight forward instructions and tips and made me feel confident I could do the simple fix myself. If I ever need someone to fix my computer, I will only take it here and nowhere else. This is a genuine good person just wanting to help people with his knowledge and skills.
