Scott was super helpful when we brought in our daughter’s laptop. He took the time to try to diagnose the issues several different ways right on the spot. Fast, very friendly, super knowledgeable and our go-to place for reliable PC repairs. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience! Scott explained everything thoroughly for me before he recommended a solution. Also worked with me in my budget to make sure it was an affordable solution. (Trust me, the one star rating on here has not had dealings with this business and is just being vindictive! This business is friendly, trustworthy, honest and reliable!!)

Five stars he’s a great guy explains well what the problem is and make it understandable. Had my PC back fast and works amazing and for a great price too would definitely recommend to anyone in need of any and all types of computer repairs or needs.

Very pleased with the quick and friendly service I received. Had a speed issue with my laptop (trouble loading web pages or running programs) and brought it to get diagnosed in the morning and got a call to pick it up a few hours later on the same day and it was fixed up and it's now running like it was when it was new. Nice and quick. I had a bit of a time crunch and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended. Any time I have computer issues I know exactly where to take it. A+ to Scott's Computers 👍

I visited in the early morning Scott's Computer Emporium to address an audio problem that left me frantic as I had a video interview that afternoon. I had no appointment and was hoping he would have the time for the fix. He was very friendly and had a calm and caring demeanor as he took time out of his schedule for my issue. From the moment I walked into the shop, I knew I was in capable hands. He exuded a level of professionalism and confidence as he listened to my issue and understood what needed to be done. This was not just a business transaction for him because this audio issue took him 15 minutes to fix and he didn't take any compensation. Scott's generosity left me in awe, it's rare to find a business owner who not only prioritizes customer satisfaction but also goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. He had made a genuine customer connection. While I can't profess to understand the technical wizardry that took place, I can wholeheartedly vouch for the results – my computer's audio was flawlessly restored. What sets Scott's Computer Emporium apart is not only the technical expertise but also the genuine care for customers seeking reliable solutions.
