Just want to be the first person to sign ur guestbook..Fabulous work so far Scott. U r the best computer technician I know out there and would take my pc to u anytime . Also u r the best person to talk to when u have a problem.. U love to listen and also give great advice on computers. But all in all he is the man to contact if u have a problem with any part of ur pc.

I purchased a computer in February 2008 from Best Buy. I started having problems with it in March 2009. I went back to the store for the software that I would need to reformat the hard drive. They said the warranty expired and could not help me. Scott was able to connect with me using remote assistance and give me instructions. I completely reformated the computer and in doing so was able to recover the original software that Best Buy would not help me to reinstall. Scott was of great help to me with this issue. I would not hesitate to take my computer to him for repair. Please contact him if you have any problems.
